With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, James EuDaly acquired Craig Instruments Ltd in 2022, bringing his expertise and vision to drive the company’s continued growth and success. Having experience in key roles both building and running manufacturing companies, he has earned a reputation for strong leadership and operational excellence in the industry.
Under his guidance, Craig Instruments remains a trusted precision machine shop serving some of the world’s largest oil and gas companies. James’s dedication to both customers and employees, quality, innovation, and fostering a legacy of excellence ensures the company continues to meet and exceed industry standards.
With 31 years of experience in the machining industry, Rick Reuss brings extensive expertise to his role as Production Manager. His deep knowledge of machining, part programming, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, make him a vital leader in optimizing operations and delivering high-quality results. His commitment to excellence and his ability to mentor and lead teams have made him an invaluable asset to the organization and its customers.
Josh Davis brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Quality Assurance Manager. A former 19D Cavalry Scout (2007–2010), Josh transitioned into the manufacturing sector, serving as a Quality Control Supervisor from 2010 to 2022 for Dril-Quip Inc.
With a deep understanding of quality policies and procedures, Josh is highly skilled in both quality management systems as well as material testing and optimizing personnel resources. His well-rounded approach to quality assurance ensures that every project meets the highest standards, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
With 15 years of experience in quality control and machining, Tomas Gonzalez has a proven track record of leading teams and successfully completing complex objectives. His expertise in precision manufacturing is complemented by a strong focus on building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
As Customer Service Lead, Tomas combines his technical knowledge and dedication to client satisfaction to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service. His commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions makes him an invaluable asset to both the team and Craig Instruments' clients.
With over 35 years of experience in the machining industry, Mike Phillips brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Quoting and Material Manager. Having owned and operated his own machine shop, Mike understands the intricacies of precision manufacturing from both operational and strategic perspectives.
Mike’s extensive background allows him to excel in material sourcing, cost analysis, and developing accurate, competitive quotes for complex projects.
